  • There is good news and bad news. The bad news is that the front and rear suspension components were extremely rusty. I did my best to blast off the rust but they remained very rusty after I removed a lot of the scale. The good news is that they are cast iron and it would take 100 years before they were weakened by corrosion. The rest of the vehicle including the sills was untouched by corrosion.
