Defender, Discovery, Motorhome – Before n After rustproofing

Classification: d) Very rusty vehicles where I either find one instance of rot or where no rot is found but it is expected that the customer will have to bring back the vehicle for re-treatment at least once under the guarantee. These customers will have to pay an extra £100 for the guarantee and £200 for re-treatment under the guarantee.
Some rot in a cross member makes it a d) The chassis on this "Special Vehicles" 110 is reinforced. In the "after pressure wash" pictures the underbody appears to be still dirty. This is because the vehicle was previously waxoyled by the owner and used off road with the result that mud has impacted into the waxoyl. This is very noticeable on this vehicle and i think the owner may have taken it off road before the waxoyl had time to set properly. Pressure washing only impacts the dirt further. This is not a problem though because a) the impacted dirt prevents further abrasion of the waxoyl coating in use and b) my coating will still soak into, penetrate and form a new amalgam with the old coating.
